Back to Humanity is a New York-based non-profit that facilitates holistic rehabilitation for sex trafficking survivors, providing essential services for their professional development, healing, and empowerment. Repped by time-poor volunteers, the Artisan Council Give Back team worked with Back To Humanity to find realistic solutions to using social media to their best advantage, helping them to reach their goals and broaden their reach.

Artisan Council knew immediately how to help broaden the reach and strengthen the impact of Back to Humanity’s social media strategy and overall presence. To bolster the impact of Back to Humanity’s social media, we held three educational social media training sessions with the non-profit. These sessions focused on the most important pieces of a successful social strategy – first, we held a session that highlighted how to define a target audience – and the importance of doing so – then a focus on best practices for posting and messaging and, lastly, how to determine and track channel growth in order to gauge success.

The Results.

Following our three educational sessions, and fortified with a whole new social media know-how, Back to Humanity felt well-equipped and energized. This amazing non-profit now feels confident in amplifying their voice and broadening the reach of their mission, using social media as a tool to better champion their services and the incredible community work they do.
