Strengthening Project Glimmer’s Digital Strategy to Amplify Impact

Project Glimmer, a national nonprofit supporting girls through gift drives and career programming, worked with us to improve their digital strategy.

 

With a small team and limited creative support, they needed help strengthening their presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. Across three sessions, we delivered a practical content strategy, tools for easier planning and creation, and ideas for leveraging influencers and partnerships. The result: a more cohesive voice, stronger community engagement, and scalable content systems to help them shine year-round—especially during their key seasonal campaigns.

Our work with Project Glimmer led to lasting improvements in their social media strategy and execution.

  1. The team walked away with streamlined workflows designed for small teams, making content creation and publishing more efficient and less overwhelming.
  2. We built a sustainable content calendar tied to key moments like National Boxing Joy Day and Holiday Giving, ensuring year-round relevance and engagement.
  3. We introduced scalable strategies for influencer and brand ambassador partnerships, unlocking new avenues for mission-driven storytelling.
  4. By repurposing existing media assets, the team was able to create dynamic content without added production costs.
  5. Most importantly, the project reinforced Project Glimmer’s position as a leader in empowering girls through beauty, mentorship, and community-driven impact.
